What actually happens to our patients over time
We went back through every chart in our practice, more than 4,600 patients, to measure real outcomes. These reports share what we found, in plain language first, with the full data behind it. No patient can be identified.

Carotid Atherosclerosis Reversal Study
Can artery walls stop thickening, or even get thinner, without statins? We followed 65 patients with repeat carotid ultrasounds (CIMT) for up to almost 10 years.
19
patients' artery walls got measurably thinner
7
kept improving across 3 or more scans
0 of 19
were taking a statin
In many of these patients, LDL cholesterol actually rose while their arteries improved. Early clues point to body composition (less fat, more muscle) and lower inflammation.

Autoimmune Antibody Reversal Study
Can autoimmune antibodies go away? We reviewed ten years of records for patients with Hashimoto's, celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions.
45%
saw an antibody go away or fall by half
88%
of those became fully antibody-negative
95%
stayed negative at their last test
Results were strongest in celiac disease and Hashimoto's. Improvement usually took one to two years with whole-person care, and tended to last.
