In this video series, I sit down with my nutritionist Aden to discuss eating foods in season. In today's modern world, we have access to the same fruits / vegetables year round because of grocery stores. This is not how food was meant to be eaten. Each plant grows / blooms in different seasons, and our bodies are used to consuming foods in rotation.

Eating in season is also financially smart. Food costs less when it is grown locally and in season. When a food has to be shipped from part of the world due to weather / season, it costs more.
