Out of Town Patients

We live in a globally connected world.  Our message of functional medicine has reached every corner of the earth, and we are ecstatic that you are learning how to improve your health and reverse disease … naturally!!

Due to restrictions by licensing agencies in America (the state medical board), our practice must abide by the rules and regulations that govern us.  We strive to make ourselves as available as possible to anyone in the world, so we have created this document to help you navigate our various options to you.

What membership options are open to me?

You can sign up for any membership without limitation.

How do I see my provider?  What software do you use for telemedicine?

You have multiple options: in-person, phone consultation, or video conferencing.

Our video conferencing software is free and easy to use. We use Zoom Meeting.  You can use Zoom from your phone, tablet, or computer.

We review your labs using a tablet that can write on the screen in real-time.  It is as if you are in the office without having to travel to our location!

How can I get my lab work done?

Our practice can provide you with the lab orders that you need, but you will need to find a phlebotomy facility near you. You will be able to use your insurance for labs as long as the facility you choose is in-network with your insurance carrier. You can learn more by calling your insurance company.
Phlebotomy companies: Cleveland HeartLab, Quest, CPL, LabCorp, Hospitals.

How can I get my supplements?

1. We can set you up for an online supplement dispensary through Fullscript, or you can create your own profile by clicking here.
2. You can order the supplements directly from us, and we will ship them to you.

Do I need to come to your office in person?

Our practice can provide you with the list of labs that we want you to do, but you will need to find a phlebotomy facility near you that is willing to draw your labs.  You can also ask your primary care physician to see which labs that they are willing to draw that we are requesting.

Please note that your labs may be in different units of measurement than our American labs. We will help you convert the numbers, so you will have the same level of care as our American patients.
